All of our meats are brined in house and roasted on our French open flame rotisserie. Our bread is baked fresh daily at Bon Appetit in Fort Walton Beach. We locally source all of our produce whenever possible.
Matt and Nikki Kempton, Servando Gonzalez, and Farid Mendoza are the heart and soul of The Local Market. They have been our dedicated chefs since the day we opened our doors. Nikki makes all of our pastries and deserts from old family recipes, and Matt creates our daily specials. We operate out of an open kitchen so our customers can interact with our chefs and see the love and craft with which we prepare their food.
