About Us
Our Kitchen
All of our meats are brined in house and roasted on our French open flame rotisserie. Our bread is baked fresh daily at Bon Appétit in Fort Walton Beach. We locally source all of our produce whenever possible.
American Lunch
Local Market donates one percent of all sales to American Lunch – a nonprofit 501c3 – providing hot meals to people in need in the Destin area. We prepare hot and healthy lunches in our kitchen and transport them to areas that need to be fed in our food truck. By eliminating the hassle of transportation, we are able to maximize our outreach potential. We love our community and we love feeding people. American Lunch is simply an extension of our passion to serve good food. Your patronage helps make this possible.

Aside from American Lunch, Local Market (La Paz) is proud to be community partners with the following organizations. We believe that what makes a restaurant great – aside from the food, service, and atmosphere – is their contributions to their community. We all live in Destin and we love our community. We strive to make it a better place to live – and part of our profits help fund and support these wonderful organizations.
